Fermanagh’s footballing champions has been decided today in Brewster Park as Erne Gaels defeated Enniskillen Gaels clash at the home of Fermanagh GAA.

The Black and Gold of Belleek started off slow with Enniskillen starting off on the front foot, Callum Jones scored a thundering early goal.

After that shock, Erne Gaels then went on the offensive and never let their foot off the gas until the full-time whistle blew, with Michael Og McGarrigle scoring the new champions’ only goal.

Last week, the two sides drew 0-8 to 0-8 in difficult conditions to force a replay for the New York Cup this evening.

Declan Bonner’s side will return to Brewster Park next Sunday, November 10, where they will host Monaghan SFC champions Scotstown in the AIB Ulster Senior Football Championship quarter-final stage.
