PADDY Burns returns to the Armagh defence for Saturday’s All-Ireland quarter-final against Roscommon at Croke Park (4pm).

Burren clubman Burns, who missed the draw against Galway in Sligo, slots in at corner-back with Maghery clubman Ciaran Higgins dropping out. The Armagh squad includes 11 players who featured in the 2018 Qualifier between these counties at Portlaoise.

Stefan Campbell came off the bench to score the equaliser against Galway and he is once again part of a strong bench which includes Oisin O’Neill and Aidan Nugent who were also prominent in the comeback that allowed Armagh to top their group and progress straight to this last eight clash.

Meanwhile, Roscommon manager Davy Burke has made one change to the side which beat Tyrone at Healy Park last weekend. Padraig Pearses clubman Ronan Daly comes into the team at number six to replace Dylan Ruane in the Rossies’ starting line-up.
