The beginning of Ulster University’s defence of the Sigerson Cup is the only game to survive of those scheduled to be played on Tuesday.
After a burst of cold weather on Monday night, three of today’s scheduled Sigerson Cup round one games have been postponed.
Last year’s beaten finalists UCD’s trip to Mardyke to face UCC is one of the trio of games that have to be rescheduled, along with the University of Galway’s trip to TU Dublin and TUS Midlands' game against Maynooth University in Athlone.

Ulster University’s game against ATU Sligo at Knocknarea Arena is still fixed to go ahead on Tuesday night, with throw-in scheduled for 7pm.
Ulster University will look to start the defence of the Sigerson Cup on a strong note against ATU Sligo after their historic win against UCD to bring the cup to Jordanstown.
The highly anticipated derby between St Mary’s University College and Queen’s University will still go ahead at Davitts GAC in Belfast on Wednesday afternoon, with throw-in set for 2pm.
ATU Galway v University of Limerick (7pm), will go ahead on Wednesday evening.
UL Wolves will now travel to ATU Galway on Friday, having originally been fixed for Wednesday. Throw-in is scheduled for 5.30pm.
ATU Donegal’s match against MTU Cork will also take place on Friday evening, however, the time and venue has not been confirmed yet.
DCU will host MTU Kerry on Friday at 5pm at Grangegorman.
