Supporter Care Administrator, Christian Aid - Belfast

Reporting to the Supporter Care Lead, the Supporter Care Administrator will be a key member of the Supporter Care sub-team, within the Fundraising & Supporter Engagement (FASE) Team.

The Supporter Care Administrator will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of the Supporter Care function for the Belfast office of Christian Aid Ireland and responsible for managing all aspects of voluntary income, including processing, banking, data entry, acknowledging and reconciling all fundraising income, providing backend support for all fundraising campaigns and appeals as well as providing excellent donor care.

Stores Person, Kingsbridge Healthcare Group - Falcon Way, Belfast

As a stores person, you will be the key point of contact for Goods receipt & despatch, stock, and replenishment. This role is based in Falcon Way, however due to the multi-site locations within the Group, you may have to transfer or deliver stock and/or equipment between sites. Duties will include managing the receipt, location, and distribution of all goods delivered to Falcon Way; reporting of any shortages or damages in a timely manner to the procurement team and keeping stores tidy.

You will also participate in stock takes and undertake porter duties, including moving furniture and medical equipment safely, when required.
