Firefighters are at the scene of a blaze that has broken out in Newtownards, Co Down.
The incident is happening in Conway Square.
Seven pumps are at the scene, along with one aerial appliance and the command support unit to help tackle the fire.
A number of road closures are in place so people are advised to seek an alternative route for their journey.
Videos emerging on social media show the fire service tackling the blaze in Cordner’s shoe shop on Conway Square.

The first report of the fire came through at 6.24am on Friday, March 8, with the first appliance arriving at 6.35am.
