POLICE are continuing to investigate a report of a woman seen wearing only her underwear accompanied by two men in a Castlederg housing estate.
Officers had appealed for information to identify the woman who was in the Muckle Hill View estate around 2am on Sunday.
Sinn Féin councillor Caroline Devine said the details released so far were concerning.
“It’s a normal residential area and usually quiet,” she said. Ms Devine urged anyone with information “to definitely come forward with it”.
On Tuesday, a police spokesperson commented: “Enquiries are ongoing and there is nothing further to add to the appeal, at this time.”
Anyone with relevant information, or the woman referred to, has been urged to call police on 101, quoting reference 1011 for May 26.
